Made by someone who needed it first.

The Self-Healing Journal began as a private practice and grew into two things: a fully personalised app, arriving August 2026, and a printed series of twelve monthly editions for 2027. Designed and written in Bavaria.

It is not a productivity system. It is not a therapy substitute. It is a quiet companion — a place to return to yourself while you keep building the life you want.

What you might be wondering.

Why monthly editions instead of one yearly journal?

A whole year on day one can feel like pressure. A new edition each month feels like a fresh start. You can also choose to begin in any month — never feel behind.

Is there a digital version?

Yes — and it arrives first. The app (August 2026) is the fully personalised form of the practice: the same daily ritual, built around your name, your routines and your own 365-day arc, private by design. The printed books stay deliberately offline — there is no PDF of the books, on purpose. Screen or paper: both are the same quiet practice.

What is inside each monthly edition?

A welcome page, monthly intentions (one main focus and five goals), a habit tracker for ten habits across the month, an optional self-care module (skin care morning & evening, hair, body), daily reflection & daily question pages for Monday–Saturday, and a forward-looking weekly planning spread for every Sunday.

How long does it take to use each day?

Five quiet minutes in the morning if you only do mood, gratitude, and tomorrow's first step. Add another seven minutes in the evening for the daily question. Sundays take about fifteen minutes — to look at the week ahead.

What can be personalised?

The app is personalised from the first minute: your name in the daily ritual, your own self-care routines and habits, your reminder times, and a 365-day arc that begins on your day one. The printed monthly editions stay beautifully standard — except the Atelier Edition, made on request: your name or dedication on the title page, your routines printed in, numbered by hand, limited to twenty per month.

Is this a therapy or medical product?

No. The Self-Healing Journal is a self-reflection and personal growth journal. It does not treat or cure depression, anxiety, trauma, or any medical condition. If you are facing mental-health challenges, please reach out to a qualified professional.

When and how do the books ship?

The printed editions are available from January 2027, with pre-orders opening in autumn 2026 — app members with a yearly plan get first access. Each book is printed on demand and typically arrives within about two weeks; the Atelier Edition is made to order in 3–4 weeks. EU shipping is fastest, worldwide is available.

Can I gift this?

Yes. Any monthly edition makes a quiet, complete gift — and the Atelier Edition is made for it: wrapped in unbleached paper with a linen ribbon, a name or dedication on the title page, numbered by hand. Request it by email; we plan it together.
